Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to expand the company’s customer base
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold outreach
- Actively seek opportunities to cross-sell the product suite into the existing customer base
- Maintain a solid understanding of the wider marketplace and competitor activity
- Conduct product presentations and software demonstrations to potential clients
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create compelling sales materials
- Collaborate with product and proposition teams to develop compelling solutions and services
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to align with company and personal sales targets
- Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to management
- Conduct regular client reviews to discuss current performance and identify opportunities to expand the usage of the product suite
- Promote the company’s sustainable approach and highlight the environmental benefits to potential clients
- Ensure that the CRM is kept updated with information relating to pipeline opportunities

Required Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record in business development, sales, or account management in the software industry
- Strong understanding of SaaS and cloud based software solutions (Automated invoice processing, Document management, Business Process Automation, etc.)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and drive sales in a competitive market
- Experience using CRM software and other sales tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as required
