Location: North Shields NE30

Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 depending on experience

Contract type: 37.5 hours a week

Key responsibilities:
- Responding to support requests via telephone and email in a professional and timely manner
- Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues primarily remotely but also onsite as required
- Documenting common issues in technical KBs
- General user and account administration
- Upgrading, and repairing hardware both onsite and in our fully equipped workshop
- Installation work such as structured cabling, WiFi, CCTV and more
- Assisting other staff in project work
- Other duties as assigned by management

Required skills & experience:
- Highly self-motivated and customer focussed, with excellent communication skills
- An understanding of windows desktop troubleshooting
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration, primarily Exchange, SharePoint, and Teams
- Experience resolving Microsoft Office application issues, such as Outlook profiles and OneDrive
- Some networking knowledge – Firewalls, WiFi management, etc
- A full driving licence as well as your own car / van is essential for this role and you must be willing to travel, primarily in the North East
- Overall, a well-rounded skillset with the desire to learn more and improve daily

Bonus points:
- The right mindset to understand how a whole site fits together, from internet connection to routers, switches and servers
- Experience working with Hybrid Microsoft 365 environments
- Previous MSP experience
